Small Groups – 10-minute sessions (8 people or less) – $75.00
Large Groups – 20 minutes (9 people and over) – $140.00
Morning or afternoon sessions available on selected days

Again this year we will be using TryBooking for all bookings. It’s a very secure and trusted site.
If you need to change your booking, click “Contact Event Organizer” in your email and you will be given a refund if more than 24 hours notice is given, so you can change your own booking to another vacant spot that suits. TryBooking fees will apply to rebook. Every refunded booking will incur a $10 automatic admin fee. (So your refund will be $10 less than you paid originally).
Please take a note of which beach you have booked at. We use Raby Bay Beach 2 for our main setting this year as it’s less busy and Raby Bay Beach 1 & 2 if we are doing double shoots to accommodate the demand closer to Christmas. Your booking confirmation email will advise this information.
You can join with another family or friends, book the larger group session and save money. Only one email link will be sent per booking, so just share it with the others. You are welcome to get a work staff photo done, then quickly change your clothes for individual family shots. As long as it all happens in your allowed time slot.
If we are sold out of bigger group spots – please try to book two spots next to each other and let us know at the time and we will combine or seperate your group for photos as you would like.
Due to council regulations, we will be setting up on the grass area overlooking the ocean/beach and doing some sand shots for families with no dogs. Dogs aren’t permitted on the sand at all unfortunately. Please make sure your dog is on a leash, supervised and you can clean up any doggy business. Council inspectors do patrol the area even on the weekends.
Due to shooting by the ocean, it’s often very windy. Unfortunately we can’t control the wind, so please bring headbands or hair ties and try to control your hair as it doesn’t look good in photos if your hair is extremely messy and we can’t fix it after the shoot. Sometimes the onshore wind blows sand at us and our lenses, but we do the best we can to provide great images for you and wonderful family memories.
It’s a good idea to make your booking early, then save your images for sharing closer to Christmas just in case you miss out due to the high demand for our services we experience each year.
Please set a phone calendar reminder so you are aware of your booking and don’t miss it. Contact us if you are unsure which beach you should go to.
Each year the weather seems to play havoc with late afternoon storms rolling in, so sometimes we have to move sessions to another day. We will advise by phone and try to work with you to set up another time. Please monitor your mobile phone and our Santa Beach Photos Facebook Page if you see a storm is forecast. If it’s just a tiny bit of passing rain or windy, we still shoot. We won’t cancel unless it’s severe rain.
In case of rain we will either reschedule you to another beach day if we have one available before Christmas, or to our studio set up in Wellington Point. This features an image of Raby Bay as the backdrop. The address of our studio location in Wellington Point will be given upon booking or by text message before the day.
If by chance you don’t turn up on the day at the last minute due to the weather or other circumstances, your spot can’t be re-booked so you won’t receive a refund or a partial refund may be given under exceptional circumstances. If your spot cannot be filled, the team will not be able to provide a refund as we have costs of Santa and his elves to cover.
Please no personal mobile phone photos to be taken of Santa or during your session. Thanks for your understanding.
